Heya, I'm looking to get my precats gutted, but I KNOW for a fact that I'm gonna mess it up along the way. I would much rather get someone else who has done it before and knows what they are doing to perform this. If anyone is available next Friday or Sunday, I would be appreciate it greatly. Any compensation would definately be provided. (food, $$$, beer, etc.) Thanks in advance. Tim

I know many a person has asked, but are you going to gut them on the car, or off? I know I would want them off so as to prevent any of that crap going places where it shouldn't but that increases the time for the project. If you can, get another set of exhaust manifolds (from someone who installed headers) and gut them. Then, swap and gut your current manifolds.

damn to bad that i am leaving. i would of loved to have this done too. if you get it done i would love for you to come down and help me out. if it was nicer this weekend and i knew about it earlier we could of thrown the cars on the lift and had it done in no time.

There are a few exhaust manifolds for sale on the CEG classifieds. I am pretty certain I saw a set for $40!! Buy it, gut it and then we swap! :)
