Quick Trick to Remove Block Sleeve?

I'm interested to see how you all removed the right-hand (when looking at the rear) block sleeve that, in the 2.5L, is in the transaxle. I was thinking a blue-tipped wrench and a pair of vice grips...

WD-40 and a pair of pliers... mine came out fairly easy actually... i have heard of others having a bit more problems.....
