How did the races go???

I'm going nuts here....how were the races??

This is an assumption, of course, but the races at Mosport were AWESOME.
Outside of the "all day" rain on Friday it was a great time.
First off I would like to thank our Canadian hosts for their hospitality.
Second, thanks to Leo, Craig, Dave and Chris (and the rest of the Racing Team) for being so gracious and appreciative of our presence.
It made the rain very tolerable.

I think the races were a very good time. We found a pretty good spot right around turn 2 for the qualifying on Saturday Morning. And then we sound a better spot on the outside of the track between turn 1 and 2 for the actual race and a I thought it was really cool! We had a place to hang the "Leo Capaldi Rules" Banner and a Ford Racing banner right next to it. We were right across from a camera so we may have gotten some air time (crossed fingers). All in all, it was worth the 8 hour drive for me and I cant wait for our Mid-Ohio!

Oh yeah, for Mid-Ohio, everyone has to bring twizzlers! There is some connection between eating Twizzlers and Leo racing faster and moving up positions. Leo started 32nd and finishes 21st. When we started eating Twizzlers he moved up like three or so positions and then there was a wreck and he moved up some more I think. Anyway, Twizzlers......go figure? Potential Sponsor there Leo ? :)

And Craig and Dave....I appreciate you helping me out! 16min and 07sec is damn fast for changing brake pads (especially without using air tools) and I think I still owe you that case of beer, it was a good bet anyway. Who knew you could do it under 20 min? So what was the bet for the SVT UIM/LIM/TB?? I believe you said that you could do it under an hour? :biggrin: But I could be wrong.....:cool:
