:confused:DAMO.. could you tell me how you fixed your heated seat problem,my drivers seat is faulty.
someone advised me they only come on if the temp is below 12degrees, is this true.Even so mine still
don't work...
I had the problem and had to have the heat pads changed (warranty). Seems to be a common fault!

Photo does not do cat justice.
They are as hard as nails.
Just had my cat lowered this morning on H+R's and thought that I would take it for a test spin around our good ol' Norfolk bends when a Passat Estate decided to take a closer look at my rear end. Too close.
Caved in his front end and not a scratch on the cat. Confirmed at local Ford garage too.
:biggrin:Paul, can I ask what you paid for your springs + fitting? Mail me if you prefer: Nard (bhills@ukonline.co.uk) :)

Nard,
My springs (PI) give a supposed 35mm drop but measured before and after it's a bit more
Cost wise the springs were £85.00 from Motorspares World and £68 plus VAT to fit from ATS.
Hope this helps,
Stu.

My GOD!!!! That sounds mighty cheap! Ford wanted over £300 labour last time I asked. Do you have a contact where I can order the springs, web site or something?

Nard,
Went to STS Holburn fitters and got next day on them.
Cost £80 and £80 to fit. Drop was 35mm but was assured that there would be another 5mm drop after 500 miles from H+R themselves.
Used to have a Pug 106 GTI and can assure you that with the 18''s on the ride on not far of that. As if on rails.
Would recommend these springs over any other.
Demon tweekes have quoted me £100 for a set of Spax! Any good.

Try and find the H+R's.
My view is that they are the best quality springs for the price.
