for those who are forgotful with posting, follow these 7 simple steps to post whoring :)

1) you must go to your nearest store and get a pack of posted notes, preferable in yellow
2)you will write in big black letters on the posted note every morning after you dry yourself, OCEN LI NI TSOP TSUM
3)attach posted note to your forehead
4)read IL NECO and realize that you have a sign on your head that says MUST POST IN IL NECO
5)you must translate this to your head and follow directions of your own message
6)repeat htis everyday until you are cured from IL NECO BORED SICKNESS
