Originally sung by Eagle Eye Cherry(or so i think?)

"SAVE TONIGHT, FIGHT THE BREAK OF DAWN! COME TOMMOROW

TOMMOROW I'LL BE GONE!!!"

"SAVE TONIGHT, FIGHT THE BREAK OF DAWN! COME TOMMOROW

TOMMOROW I'LL BE GONE!!!"

"COME ON AND CLOSE THE CURTIANS -- CAUSE ALL WE NEED IS CANDLE LIGHT, YOU AND ME AND A BOTTLE OF WINE - CAN I HOLD YOU TONIGHT OH YA"

"AND WE KNOW THAT I'M GOING AWAY AND I WISH IT WEREN'T SO, TAKE THIS WINE AND DRINK WITH ME, LETS DELAY OUR MISSERY"

"SAVE TONIGHT, FIGHT THE BREAK OF DAWN! COME TOMMOROW

TOMMOROW I'LL BE GONE!!!"
"SAVE TONIGHT, FIGHT THE BREAK OF DAWN! COME TOMMOROW

TOMMOROW I'LL BE GONE!!!"

I've actually been in that exact position before....

My gf at the time, Clair was leaving me here in Denmark, and it was really hard for me because she was hte last part of the life i had in Illinois just kind of slipping away and out of reach.

Today I do not like Clair, but that's a logn story ;) there's a song for that too, but ti's not appropriate for these "boreds" ;)

Today, I can only think of one thing when i hear Save Tonight and that's my house!!!!!!!!

I would do almost anything to go home, see my house my friends my dog my bird my neighbours MY CARS!! and my BED! for even just a night

(like i siad i'll post them as they come to me, i'm like a Dj to myself here)

Remixed by Scooter song entitled Ramp

"WHEN I WAS YOUNG, IT SEEMED THAT LIFE WAS SO WONDERFUL,
A MIRACLE, OH IT WAS BUEATIFUL MAGICAL.

AND ALL THE BIRDS IN THE TREES THEY SEEMED TO SING SO HAPPILY, SO JOYFULLY OHH PLAYFULLY WATCHING ME"

it reminds me of life as kid and how you didn't have to worry about almost anything.

your family was your life, you didn't really know what hte world outside of home was all about. but as soon as you started getting out and about with other young people everything started changing.

you start seeing things much differently!

i alwasy think that if i could be a kid again, i think i would do it!

and i mean like 5 years old :)

Originally composed/sung by Shaggy f/ Ricardo Ducent sung title It Wasn’t Me

(Yo’, man) Yo’
(Open up, man) What do you want, man?
(My girl just caught me) You let her catch you?
(I don’t know how I let this happen) With who?
(The girl next door, you know) Man
(I don’t know what to do) Say it wasn’t you
(Alright)

Honey came in and she caught me red-handed
Creeping with the girl next door
Picture this, we were both buck naked
Bangin’ on the bathroom floor

How could I forget that I had
Given her an extra key
All this time she was standing there
She never took her eyes off me

Oh, you’ve another woman access to your villa
Just a sign of weakness all left on your pillow
You better watch your back before she turn into a
killer
Best to view the situation ???
The real true player left ???
???
Never admit to her when she say
And she claim ??? no way

But she caught me on the counter (It wasn’t me)
Saw me bangin’ on the sofa (It wasn’t me)
I even had her in the shower (It wasn’t me)
She even caught me on camera (It wasn’t me)

She saw the marks on my shoulder (It wasn’t me)
Heard the words that I told her (It wasn’t me)
Heard the scream get louder (It wasn’t me)
She said our dealy was over

Honey came in and she caught me red-handed
Creeping with the girl next door
Picture this, we were both buck naked
Bangin’ on the bathroom floor

I had tried to keep her
From what she was about to see
Why should she believe me
When I told her it wasn’t me

Make sure ??? connects
Whenever you should see I make the gigolo flex
??? complex
Seeing is believing, so you better change your specs
You know she ??? upon the past
???
???
??? you know you better run fast

How could I forget that I had
Given her an extra key
All this time she was standing there
She never took her eyes off me

Gonna tell her that I’m sorry for the pain that I’ve
caused
I’ve been listening to your reason, it makes no sense
at all
If you tell her that I’m sorry for the pain that I’ve
caused
You may think that you’re a player, but you’re
completely lost
That’s why I sing

Honey came in and she caught me red-handed
Creeping with the girl next door
Picture this, we were both buck naked
Bangin’ on the bathroom floor

How could I forget that I had
Given her an extra key
All this time she was standing there
She never took her eyes off me

No postwhoring competitions in IL NECO please... I'd hate to have to don my Evil Moderator Suit and start mass deleting threads*

Damn dude, with the exeption of Brian's post, you've been holding a conversation with yourself.

I like all music except Country. :puke: no offense to anyone who likes that, I just don't like it. My current favorite CD's on rotation is Linkin Park's new album, and Evanescence... But Trapt's Headstrong rocks too..

* please excuse the comment, its been a record-breakingly bad day at work - and thusly I'm in a horrendously bad mood. - and craving alcohol.

Never an all time favorite song, but I'm a big 80's band guy... (and classic rock)

Right now it's all about Danger Zone - Kenny Loggins
