Hello, NorCal people.

In recent news:
I'm single. Hooray.
And I get to start paying for the Cougar. My grades have gone sloppy. I suspect they will rise do to the single bit.

Now... what to do with my newfound time, non-attachment, and money? Looking for amusing or serious suggestions. And yes, I do realize this thread is a waste of bandwidth. So go ahead and lock it. Or reply and entertain me:)

I have less than $1k. 300/month payment. At my current rate, I'll make -just- enough to pay for the car. Maybe.
So my more likely hope is to just turn in what homework I've missed, and buckle down a bit.

Honestly Sean, NOT having a GF is GREAT for schoolwork:)

This past semester, because of a certain psychotic ex GF of mine, I've been avoiding dating anybody... and holy sh!t dude, my grades have skyrocketed :biggrin: And hell, I'm taking 150% of a full load, which is 6 full time classes... and I'm kicking serious ass....

You seriously should consider yourself kinda lucky for now... but I know it sucks and all, there are MAJOR drawbacks of not having a GF:( But you'll save a crapload of cash, your grades'll go up, and you'll just have a general all around better feeling then when you're being "tied down" ;)

If you don't mind my asking... what happened? Did she decide to joing my "fan" club too?

Good luck with school and work hope all turns out good. I'm working less now and my grades are doing a **** load better.

I'm sure it's sad to see her go, but it's better than wasting time with someone if it ain't meant to be :shrug:

I'd never think of doing such a thing. In all honesty, though, my grades are good except in math. I honestly can't stand being in that class for two minutes, let alone 100. The plus side of being single is there was very little emotional shock. I saw it coming and I'm over it. Got over it about three seconds after she said it.

WOW must be something in the air. I haven't broke up with my bf, but thinking about it. I like him, but he lives 2 hours away and there is a guy here that has been pretty persistent and kind of tempting. I'm still being good, but gets you wondering if something closer to home would be more fun. . .
