In a way I guess you could consider this a re-post....or a double-post or whatever...but I wanted to get peoples opinions other than my fellow Carolina NECOnians....I hope you guys don't mind.

Well here (http://www.fastcougar.com/forums/messageview.cfm?catid=44&threadid=67697) is the post with the pics...just let me know what ya'll think.

Be truthful...and remember this was my first time ever..and I'd really missed the sound of some bass...

Looks good! Neons are pretty damn bright in those pictures though. Also, I thought you weren't suppose to face subs right at each other? Something about it cancelling out frequencies or something else? Anyone know?

Overall apperance is clean, simple and bright as hell- I guess, Red devil ish.
Actually having the spare tire in the middle will cause the waves to be directed differently. And as long as there is enough power flowing, than not too much of a difference will be heard from them facing each other. But it does cancell out one another to a point, but to some as long as they hear and feel bass hits then they are happy.... I was seeing that the amp is on top of the hatch cover, hope you have really dark tint to hide it.

yeah you might wanna find another place to mount that amp...like on the back of the seats or fabricate somethin else...other than that it looks pretty decent man..good job..later on

Amp only cost me about $40 dollars, and was planning on getting another one soon anyway....oh, and I have 20% all around, and 20% front window banner 13 inches down.

Thanks for the comments, and yeah, the tire changes the way the speakers hit...it does sound really nice, but I gotta figure out what is rattling....I think it's those stupid vents, and somthing up under the car....

Looks good. I want to do something like that myself. I'd like to mount my 12" Fosgate HE on the drivers side and mount the amp on the passenger side. What are the dimensions on the boxes? Hard to make?

Deminsions are at the link, I added them yesterday around 8 pm.....

Incredibly easy to make, I went with a really simple design to save on wood, and make it easier on me, since it was my first time, next time I'll get a little more complex with the angles and conformity and such.

That would be the vents in the rear, they are covered with thin rubber which allow air to circulate. The other thing might be the gas tank , I had a rattle in that area and had the bolts around the tank tightened, and no more rattle since. But everyday something new gets shaken loose, so I pretty much spend most of my time dynomating every panel and tightening screws and bolts.

Yes, I plan on getting dynomat as well, and I had planned on cutting the rubber flaps out.....if you look under the car, to the right of the exaust you will see a black thing, that is attatched to the trunk or something...I think something on that is rattling too....I will definately check out the gas tank,

Any other suggestions??

OH, and my deck lid keeps lifting up when a hard beat hits....lol....kinda funny....specially since the amp is on it.....I don't even have the volume turned up a lot...on my JVC headunit the volume will go up to 50, and I normally keep it at 15, sometimes I hit 19. The Bass is set at -6, and the treble at +6. And the BBE isn't turned on at all....I only put it on 15-19 when I'm on the Interstate or when the car is actually in motion, when I stop at a red light, or I know other cars are around, I turn it down out of respect...especially when there are little kids in the car, or elderly people...now if someone is trying to "out-bump" me then I'll crank her to 19, and put the BBE at a max of 3 bars.......lol...but anyway........

Like above states, any more suggestions....in the sense of rattling stuff???
