finally got around to installing them, also took a few new snaps of the car after washing it. They gagues really look more like volkswagon gagues at night, but with a hint more blue instead of purple.

I like those guages. I need me some of those. Is that the ol' home-made short-throw? If so, how far did you cut it? I think I'm gonna re-cut mine and make it even shorter. I snapped a shifter cable last December, and I think shorter shifter= less leverage= smaller chance of doing that again. :flushed:
Okay, I'll bite- why is there no pedal cover on youe accelerator? :goofy:

Hate that effing cup spiller...:mad: Mine rattles- I have to pull it up about a quarter-inch to keep it quiet.

Man those gauges are sweet!!!!!
I cut my shifter by about......3 1/2 inches, I think...... didn't have any problems with the cable.... I ended up cuting the shifter twice....

nah, it is a 32 dollar short throw off ebay, the gauges are the $30 silver reverse indiglo ones off ebay also, yup, its a late 2000, came without the cup spiller thank god, and as far as the accel pedal, well it wouldn't fit, the others were to wide

i bought those same pedal covers, i finaly got it to fit on the gas pedal but then it fell off so i just have it on my clutch and brake to. looks kinda weird but o well.
Off topic, but... cup spiller? Anyone have a picture of the 'cup spiller' console, I know I got the same he has, (late 2k) :)

I find it funny that everyone hates them. I find it even more hilarious that I have yet to have a problem with mine. Of course, this now means that the next time I go do use it, I will end up with my drink all over the passenger seat.
By the way, the guages look sweet. I should head over to the site to see if they have any reverse white lights. The indigo is cool and all, but i was in my friend's lexus SUV and the white lights looked crazy.

I got a 32oz root beer all over me AND the leather just a few days after I bought the car :mad:
I you have anything larger than a 12-oz can in that thing, it WILL spill on a quick right turn. Watch yourself...
