I'm trying to update our web site with the new logo. Can someone please take the two logos below and make the background black (or transparent)? I tried it with the Fisher-Price like program I'm using and I can't get it to look right. Thanks!

1st pic: Logo black Bkgd
2nd pic: Red and Blue Logo on Black Bkgd
3rd pic: Red and Blue Logo 2 on Black Bkgd
4th pic: Logo Transparent Bkgd
5th pic: This looks retarded

Thanks! I've pretty much finished all the updates I have time to make for tonight. I'll try to update the logos throughout the site during the week.
