So I'm trying to paypal some raffle tickets and when I login to paypal it asks me for my credit card info...strange... then it tells me the card I've entered is already on my account and doesnt let me go any further... whats the deal?

wow this sucks... i still cant buy tickets... keeps asking me to add another credit card before i can continue, but i only have one card, and its already added to my account... looks like i cant buy raffle tickets.... a$$

I suggest you talk to their customer service department.
