We bought a house!

Well we took the plunge - bought a house! :cover:
Don't move until August but most of the paperwork is done (and I can now sleep again at night without worrying about everything there is to learn... A LOT!)

No more mods for the cougar here though ;)

I'm sure we'll be planning a party for the end of summer...

It hasn't really set in yet being that it still 6 months away,( the people we are buying from, my sister, are building a house that explains the time frame) but it will be awesome! I can't wait to actually have some parties:banana:
and don't worry, You guys will be invited.

Congratulations Jeff and Becky, Lisa and I are very happy for you two. We are starting the process of getting preapproved for a home loan and look forward to hopefully (fingers crossed) buying a house in July so at the end of our lease we can move. I know Mike (gyger) and Brooke are looking as well and I'm sure they will be as happy for you as we are. Enjoy your new home to start your family in.

Hey!!!! :disgust: I still wanna be part of everything! Ive just been a TAD busy with pledging, but as of lastnight at 3am it was over!! Now I am a member of Phi Kappa Tau fraternity and am proud of it, but am more proud of my cougar buddies I have met and become so close with! Slade next time you make that comment I will have to kick your ass! Just jokin buddy, but I wanna make the meets now that pledging is over, I m really sorry I havent been able to! :flushed:

Can't wait for the parties. Need any help moving just let me know. I am usually always bored and looking for something to do. Me and Stephanie have been looking for a house to rent or someplace with a lot of space. Ugh it is annoyingly time consuming. I am also bouncing around work and very poor so life just sucks in general. Anyway I am rambling now. Jeff make sure you see "Old School" and realize what will happen if you ever have me, Slade, and John over at the same time.
