Offering to ohio neco first, Matrix Coilovers for 99-00 cougar, stock 99-00 front bumper its over my friends since he was workin on it, its half sanded down and the license plate holes are filled in, there are no foglight housings though, stock 99 front grill painted silver but needs repainted also.
