My car cost me $17,800 last year...and it had 53,000 kms...plus all the options (including a sunroof)
But, ofcourse mine didnt come with mods......

ShadowCat, thanks for the information. Yesterday I went to autotrader.ca and search for "Cougar" guess what, Cougars that are similar to mine are selling for $23,000 + tax. $20,000 is not cheap, but this is a car which is been taken good care of, with good performance parts on it, and includes all the original parts.

You ARE aware that you're asking twice the price of the black book value, right?
FYI, I sold my 2000 Cougar (V6 Sport, 5spd) with 13k on it in Aug of 2001 for $19k (I bought it brand new for $25k with taxes/fees)
And there's definitely no shortage of availability of these cars and add in the fact that it's a domestic.
Just trying to help you out :)
