Damn, one of my DynoMax mufflers did the same thing! The guy said the water build up in the muffler cause it to rust out sooner than expected.

Thats nothing new. I have a cutout right after where the main cat is supposed to be. Well i dont have a main cat either, but i still have the precats, so i am still good.
