There isn't going to be an official March meeting. Mainly just because its almost too late to start planning, and March is hard because you never know if it will be warm enough outside or not.
However, I am working on April planning. April/May we usually try and make it to a nearby track to drag race. Great Lakes Dragaway offers Free racing on April 5th (Sat), 6th (Sun), and 12th, and 13th. I'm thinking of having a meeting up there during that time.
Route 66 Raceway also starts racing in April... maybe we'll have a second trip out there late in April or early May.
May is the Kitty Convention... maybe something else for just IL NECO...
June is the release of 2 Fast 2 Furious which we'll probably go see on opening night. :) And also a Carshow in Litchfield, near Springfield - good Central IL meet
July is CougarFest! Also 7/26 is Hot Import Nights...
Let me know what you all think... give me suggestions on what you'd like to do in the coming months.

Yeah, It's a little late to be planning for March, but I'd be up for going drag racing in April definately. Just tell me when.
I was just talking to a guy at my local Discount Tire, and he said that in March/April, They will be planning Car Shows every Saturday for car clubs. He said he already has plenty of cars and clubs that want to participate, like Ferrari's, All the local racing clubs, and he says he's planning on getting more. He said he was interested in getting our club out there, and we can set up something for a March or April Saturday. Any thoughts on this?
He also said that As a car club, we can get discounts on ANY wheel through them.. not just one the ones that they stock, and they'll beat any price. I mentioned that I was in a car club, and he knocked the price of 18" Enkei RS-6's to 145 each...

Brian, that sounds awesome. I'd be up for anything like that. I know a few communities (such as Lombard) has Car Shows every Saturday night as well... these places make good meets. :)

I live in Joliet, which is is where Route 66 is located... so that is a very nice option for us please!!!! :) All those ideas kick ass... and I'm for the 2Fast 2 Furious meet... I like my city, every week they have a cruise night also where all kinds of hot rods come out n park up n down the streets. :) and now with some newer cars, alot of stock Sports cars like Monte Carlos, but rice is becoming popular.
Fun times... can't wait.. hope to see that route 66 meet come through.

Can't we go to Gameworks or something in March!? That is what we usually do! We go to Gameworks and play! I really REALLY want to play Runaway Taxi.
Gameworks has the three hours for $20 on Sundays! PLEASE REAGAN!! We can do the end of the month!
P.S. Can I have my gameworks card back? ;)

It's not really close to Schaumburg.. It's on Bloomingdale Road and North Ave, and it's by a McDonalds, Portillos, and Blockbuster

Gameworks at the end of the Month sounds good... however you are going to have to plan it Heather. I will be out of town almost every weekend in March.
The last weekend I will be in Vegas... the Weekend before that Peoria...

Gameworks is at Streets of Woodfield by Woodfield mall.. I believe that's the one we usually go to.

There is a meet in Indy this Sunday if anybody is interested. Check out Hoosier NECO if you are around the area.
Sorry Reagan i won't spam in here too much. I just think with us being so close that if anybody is able to make the others meets, it might be cool.:biggrin:

Woodfield is about 40 minutes north of Naperville.
Long Grove is about 20 minutes north of Woodfield!
So.... this means...
Naperville to Long Grove is about 60 minutes! ;)
Also please don't come visit me at work.. unless you want sit on the floor and be read a picture book with 25 other elementary kids! :)

Panera Bread is AMAZING.. I love their Chicken and Wild Rice soup in a Sour Dough Bread bowls, and their Asiago Bagels..

Awesome Hugs yeah that was me me i made a total ass of myself but thats just normal :). I work at the FYE Arcade and it sucks worst job ever. So yeah u's guys wanna come visit fine by me the more the merrier i can show u the concept drawing thingys i came up fer teh cougar. Oh yeah ask fer Shannon my mom is kinda anal retentive some times so when i was signing she like MADE me use a ailis. But i love my mommy (She buy's me the Bacardie Silver) so i did as she asked but Max is a much better name any way gott it from Dark Angel That show rocked but stupid fox cancelled in and then X-Files in the same year Ugh. anywayI work tommorow (saturday) from 12:30 to 9pm so come in if u can it gets real slow round like 7ish u guys come in i give u free tokens and we race on da crusin world Awesome

I always get SOUP at Panera Bread! I don't usually get a bread bowl cause I can't eat it all. And PANERA BREADS are named differently in different places! Altanta Bread Company and St. Louis Bread Company (orginal name). My goal? To go to EVERY SINGLE BREAD COMPANY restraunt! OH LA LA LA! I wonder if there is a Virginia Beach Bread Company! LA LA LA LA!
Side note: I RECRUITED A COUGAR! I RECRUITED A COUGAR! I have done my job for the year! :)

Atlanta Bread company is great! my girlfriend works at the one in Rockford and every tuesday night I get a big box of stuff from there, instead of it going to waste. Their food is good, but a little pricy. I never knew all of those places were the same.

I work 12 - 3 on Saturday, but can make it afterwards if everyone wants Saturday. I am free on Sunday. HEck, I am free every weekend in March. :)

Sure party at the Arcade lets see i work 12:30-9:00 pm it gets real slow around like 7ish. yeah my arcade is no gameworks so it kinda like sucks they took away my tekken tag i was sad. Anyway Yeah Ya'll can come up it'll be fun i get sooooo bored at work stupid people who don't speak english.

Reagan' you guy's can come whenever u want but the closer to 9 the better cause it's really busy up until about 6:30-7:00 and if we go see daredevil afterwards u guy's don't have to hang around waitin fer me. Oh yeah best theater in the area is AMC 30 in south barrington + u get a discount if u're a student. discounts are a good thing :)
