Well I just built one last night for fun.. going to test it out tonight with potatos! Without one it makes an awesome kick and a huge flame comes out the barrel.

Done that b4....with a very similar design. Just be careful.....back when I built mine a buddy had the rear half blow off (rear plug) because he loadedit up with too much fuel and it left a huge mark on his chest for about a week

i would also suggest taking care when loading in your potatoes... if the pressure doesnt release quick enough you might blow out the pvc. There was no copper or anything you could use for the combustion chamber?

I made a mint potato gun...It fired a stinkin' potato from one side of my pond, over to the other, without hitting the water.
The pond is 300 feet long.
I've never seen anything like it. It is the funniest thing to watch.
