Who here is experiencing the ice? Man, I'm in Arlington... the roads are SOOO icey.. My friend in his integra got stuck on our way out of the neighborhood. I had to get out and help push.. which didn't help. We eventually were able to get out of the neighborhood.

I did some awesome donuts in reverse in a big parking lot though.. :: whistles ::
IT TAKES SOO LONG TO GET ANYWHERE!!
Some asshole passed me in the shoudler on the highway because I guess I was going to slow for him... thats ok buddy, when you wreck your car I'll be laughing. (I proceeded to honk at him and speed up (to like.. 25) and hold down my horn (that is so hard to honk!!)).

Well, thats all.. if you are in the ice, drive safely (and slowely!!) and be careful.

Yup, it has been very icy here in Georgetown, too. Our classes have been cancelled the past two days. I haven't moved my car yet in fear of wrecking it. It is starting to melt here and I think it is expected to clear off throughout the end of the week.

My little ice story for your enjoyment:
Drove home from my girlfriend's house on Tuesday morning at about 10 AM, icy roads, lotsa fun. (I actually saw some dumbass driving a brand new Mustang GT with one hand and running his camcorder with his other hand while he was driving. See my note about stupid people below, I think he earned his sign.)
Parked my car in an open parking spot in my apartment complex, not really taking notice that there was a slight sideways incline to the spot (earned my sign). Got out, set my alarm, took about three steps toward my apartment, hear "ssssssshhhhh" sound behind me, turn around to see my unoccupied Cougar sliding sideways in the direction of the 4Runner parked in the next spot. BAM! Alarm goes off, turn off alarm. Point of impact is my front left fender, 4Runner front right fender. Used buckets of hot water and broom stick handle to break up ice under 3 of my tires, tracked down kitty litter to throw under front left tire. Had a couple people support front of Coug as I back it up. Parked Cougar in LEVEL parking spot.
Fortunately, there was enough ice on both of our cars that it cushioned the blow, so there was no scratching or denting to either car.

F@#king ice
