I am very unhappy with this company so far and I have not even been able to talk to anyone. This is the 2nd day in a row that they have not called me back after leaving 3 messages. Kinda weary now if I want to actually give them some buisness.

I'm happy with my headers but dude I have to agree
it was difficult getting ahold of them and when I did the guy was
kinda short. And when a month and a half or whatever went buy
and they had my $$$ and I had no headers I got pissed and called.
I told them that I was low on $$$ so for the money I spent I want my
headers and he told me not to spend the money if I don't have it.
NICE customer service!!!! It wasn't that I didn't have the cash it was
the fact I forked over $636.00 and had nothing to show for it in a month
and a half. Then I found out it's illegal to charge someone before you send the
purchase.

good luck

That is exactly not the way to treat a customer! I simply cannot belive the price for headers on a Cougar in the first place! They should be kissing our ass and be hoping we dont come to our senses on the cost of these things. It's not like you can say screw them either, they have the only decent set out there! They should go back to business school and realize that if they lower the cost of these by $200.00 they could sell for volume. Just read our forums, everyone drools at getting headers but vomit at the cost of them and how much it costs to get them installed. If someone wants to get headers and have them professionally installed, they are looking at close to $1000.00! That is what it should cost to buy a turbo kit. Oh, don't get me started on turbo kits...:disgust:

File a complaint with the BBB and let others know of your experience if there is/was a problem, they will act as a mediator and work with both parties to resolve the problem.

To add a counter argument....a buddy of mine down here with a cougar had no problem reaching them, was very pleasant, and received them in quite a timly fashion....so from my eyes, they provided great service, answered all his questions regarding the integrity of the coating, and everything else....

I sent them an email the other day asking about MIL eliminators. They didn't respond until several days later, but their response did include useful information.

I bought from them about two years ago as well, and Marty was very straightforward.
