Question for the locals re: tire jack

How do you get the f'ing thing back in the car?

After getting a flat on the beltway @ 3 in the morning, I wasn't concerned with the particulars of how it was to be removed/replaced. I just tried to put the damn thing back in and just wasted an hour of my life. To no avail. Can anyone post a shot of theirs real quick with the spare removed so I can get this stupid thing back in?

It would be greatly appreciated.

It's a real pain in the butt. I fight with it every time I remove my spare. The top should be facing towards the front. It should be mostly in the down position. You're gonna have to play with it until you get it right.
