I was reading about this in my "Sport Compact Car" magazine, and I was wondering if anyone has any insight on this. Supposedly it's suppose to be a universal kit, but on their site, it's just for the mustang.

The way it works, is you plug your injectors into it, and it goes where your injectors go. There are two places on the NOSzle that you can hook up your nitrous and your fuel lines. (Here for more details) (http://www.holley.com/HiOctn/ProdLine/Products/NOS/NOSNS/NOSzle.html)

If it truly is universal, would it be the best way to go? Im not getting nitrous or any FI any time soon, but i'm just doing some research incase I ever do feel the need for it.

Thanks!

It installs on the end of the injector, thus increasing the distance from the injector seat and the injector. This in turn increases it's distance from the fuel rail, which is a fixed unit and will not allow "lengthening" of the system.

ok wooo hoo someone else who is interested :)

anyhow with the 2.5L intake... i DOUBT IT... with the 3.0L intakes, a much better possibility...

here's the deal... our fuel rail is a common rail for both banks... meaning the injector plugs are all on an angle... when you raise the injector .5" - .6" you need to raise the fuel rail, thus changign the angles of fuel rail to injector... a custom rail would need to be built.... and well i have found someone to build a custom rail to do this...

next problem is injector spray pattern. Our injectors spray a mist... not a stream... basically from the injector it sprays outward instead of straight ahead... some testing would need to be done to ensure that the spray patter is not affected by this NOSzle....

I am still heavily investigating this system as I really want to run it... it would allow for a complete sneaky peat direct port n20 system....
