I had a great time at the Auto Show and lunch, the movie and hanging out. I had a great time and we will have to do it again some time soon!

Yes the Z350 was awesome. I never did get to see the Mercury Messenger... I don't know how I missed the entire Mercury section...

The meet was great. We had 8 Cougars (and yes 1 Taurus :) ) show: Al, Jenny, Heather, Tom, Brian, Mike I, and myself - plus two new members Tyler and Sam. These two pass the IL NECO caravanning test by keeping up with Mike on the way downtown. :)

After the meet most of us went to Connies to eat... after that we played video games at Heather and Jen's... then we went to see Old School... after that it was back to Jen and Heather's for games. It was a great Winter meet... now I just need to start planning more.

I had a great time! I never realized how many of use live close by, we should all get together more often. Al Has to cut out my flame tint for me, and Sam's friend needs to show me how to rebuild a Small block 350. :biggrin:

Ahh darn i wanted to go with u guys stupid work. Anyway the RX8 was sooooo cool as was the messenger. Antbody catch the Mitsu concept the triad i think it was called that thing was high tech. Ok anybody see the Scion cars those are the ugliest things on 4 wheels. The 2 fast 2 furious cars were cool but i think the monster garage mini cooper takes the cake. as fer hanging out me thinks it would be fun all i get to hang out with is with guys who drive the focus and there all slow. :)

Hey now. I didn't get lost, I just passed the road and had to go around the block.;) I guess that's what happens when the person with no clue as to where he's going ends up in the lead.

I know Tom, just pulling your leg. We all had trouble with that little tour de downtown. I had to cut off a bus!

And the Messanger is the new Merc. It looks similar to the new RX8, the new Mustang (the 2005 one) and the Chevy SS. It's basically going to be a Mustang from what I understand. Very similar, V8, ect.

Im sorry I didn't show up. It would've been my first meet!:) but by the time I came home from the night before(crazy party for my brother who is leaving for Iraq:beer: ) there was no way i would have been able to get up physically. haha i remember sorta :beer: laying there in my bed thinking the night before(well actually few hours before meet) i would have to wait yet again to sit in my fav. cars(didnt go last year) and to see my cougar buds. i even washed my car for no reason lol...geesh

i will definitely be there next meet. i can't wait for fast and furious 2 too!:)
