Banner attempt for Scott

Well, this is my 1st attempt at a decent banner. As you can see....mine needs help, but im kinda jealous of Scott's now. I'm not trying to out-do Micah or anything, since he is a GA, I think any attempt I make he can crush pretty easily.
Oh, and sorry Julie, I tried to start making you one, but "cute" dosent really compute very easily for me in Photoshop.
