very scary and nerve wracking

i put the news on this morning and a club in west warwick, rhode island called the station burnt down due to pyrotechnics and no sprinklers in the building itself. great white was playing and their pyrotechnics started the ceiling on fire and the smoke spread like a black plaque..you could see it on the news video..unreal. whats even worse is some of my friends were supposed to go and i aint sure if they went and dont have there numbers. tons of my other friends and family like 80's music and also like great white so i'm like all nerved up over here wondering if i gotta bury anyone.


whats even worse was i got offered to go to the show and was gonna but decided i didnt want to cause it was all the way out in warwick. maaaaan if i woulda went i woulda been dead.

death toll is 39 and they expect to find more. i'm not a big prayer but i do pray for my neco buds so i could use a few here and hopefully none of my friends will be dead.

Yea demon i was watching that on the news. Man I am glad u decide not to go cuz watching that footage of the guy with the camara in the club it was awful and i prey for ur friends that went man let me know if there ok.

Yo Demon, I am so sorry to hear that you may be affected by this horrific incident.
I'm sure it would put many of us at ease if all of our NECO brethren could please post to let us know they are okay.
Again I am so sorry to hear about this tragedy and pray for the families that have been affected and the families that may be affected.

i went to their houses before i went to the gym and they didnt go. i was gonna go with them but since i bailed out they bailed out...thank goodness. i'm just hoping no-one else i know was there. hafta wait for a list to come out on the injured and the passed.

Freaky, Great White just played a club here on the third. I don't know if they did any special light show things tho.

The latest count as of 7pm tonight was 95 dead and 186 injured.
I work with a few people that have been to that club or were suppose to go and they all decided not to go.

They're up to 95 now - just hoping that all the hospitalized ones pull thru...could go alot higher before they're out of the woods.

i found out my cousins girlfriend was there and perished..i know her a bit.

also my other cousin 4 of his friends went there and he hasnt heard from them yet. i knew 2 of them.

i got a feeling i'm gonna know alot more...what a f-in nightmare

Hey Dave,
Sorry to hear about your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with ya and your family and friends.

I found out this morning that one of the service advisors at the dealership I work at lost his sister in law to the fire. We have sent a gift basket to him and we are also setting up a donation basket for our employees and also our customers.

What an awful disaster.
