Its obvious noone wants to go, and I'm not really recieving support from everyone else, nor does it seem like anyone wants to stand up and make a clear decision on what to do for the 2nd Aniv. party.

So since noone is interested, I'm not gonna bother putting the party together anymore.

I'll still be there for the weekend watching all of the races, so if you still want to just come watch the races, come on. http://www.o-t.us/upload/guest/happysad.gif

Hey make sure anyone that does go to the race stops by and introduces themselves to the crew and myself. We will be installing a fresh dyno'd motor and trans today for Sebring and we have a new Motec data system to finish wiring. Looking forward to getting the car on the track.

Actually I'm going to be hanging out with a bunch of people from IMSA and they will be stationed in the RV parking next to the Paddock area by turns 14-15. So I'll be going by often.

I plan on coming too. I can't wait to see Leo's coug in action

So its not that no one is interested in the event, its just that unfortunately not enough are interested to warrant making it the Anniversary party. Which is a shame because I know it will be a blast, but $70 a head is a lot.

Allen, thanks for all your effort with trying to pull this together for everyone, I'm sorry it didn't work out quite the way we'd hoped.

Hey Leo... any chance we can get a pic of all our cougs parked next to yours?

Sounds good about the picture we just need to find a common place we can take it. Either we need to get your car in the paddock or get my car to yours. We will see what happen when we get there.

If everyone else only gets the $10 parking pass, it'll probably be easier to get your car to theirs.

I'm probably going to be getting the paddock parking pass since I'll be parking in the hairpin reserved parking area, not to mention parking over by turns 14 & 15 to hang out with the people from IMSA.

Oh, do you plan on staying Saturday for the 12 hour race Leo or are you gonna leave Friday after your race?

I'm still planning on being there Fri & Sat, if at all possible.

I haven't been on the boards recently because I've gone from frantically busy for good reasons (lots of autocross :) ) to frantically busy for very bad reasons (my mom in the hospital in ICU because of hemorrhaging :( ). She's probably going to be home on Mon 3/3, and I'm trusting that by 3/14 & 15 she won't need me at home, so I'm still planning to be there.... Haven't done a thing about hotel, etc. though -- this trip I'll really be winging it!

If you haven't gotten a hotel by now, dont expect to get a hotel room within a 45 minute drive of Sebring.

Bunch of years ago, I went with my parents and we waited until 4 weeks before the event to get a hotel room. Closest one we got this side of Sebring was over an hour away.
