Ok some of you know i've done a little exhaust modding to my car. Well i stripped it. :biggrin: I ran a 2 inch pipe right off the rear cat. That travels back and opens up to a 2.5 pipe which leads to my 3 inch outlets. Let me say the car is really freakein loud right now. I lost a tiny bit of low end but i gained alot of top end. Anyways since the change over no honestly i drive around minding my own business i have guys pulling up next to me in there cars given me the look waiting to race. So once again it happened today. Guy in a brand new RSX pulled next to me. Now it was my exit and i signaled to get off and the guy took off. So i said WTF. Stomp on it and start to catch him. He had a little bit of a lead on me until we were at the point where i couldn't gain on him and he couldn't loose me. It wasn't about until 120 mph that he started to pull away. He would have beat me anyways but I kinda gave in due to the fact that there was a lot of traffic ahead he just proceeded to drive around all of it. Anyways i guess i brought this on myself. :shrug:

Did you happen to see if it was a regular RSX or the type-S?

Ok theres no reason i'll roast the valves. 1 i still have all my cats. 2 the two inch pipe off of the main cat is the exact diameter of the resonater that was there. Sure i realize the difference though but it still has plenty of restriction. So i don't think there will be any roasting of valves.

I'm pretty sure it was the regular RSX. The type S i figure would have just tooled on me....
