welp... i talked to him today to see if he wanted to come take a look at it today.. so he goes and asks his dad if he wants to go check it out with him, and his dad says he won't co-sign for a loan cuz he looked up the bluebook value on my car and said it was only worth like $6700 or something like that... then he says his dad wants him to get a new car with a warrenty like a kia or something...:banghead:

When I test drove a WRX last summer the guy at the dealer offered me $12k for mine. Said that was the book value. If he's right, I doubt the book value dropped over $5k in 0ne year. That kid's dad was probably looking at a bone stock no options Cougar with high mileage price.
