A wee little frog came to me a few days ago and deemed my Cougar to be Ricey. Now WTF is up with that???:mad::mad: B!tch :slap: for him. and again :slap:
Anyways...I figured I turn to NECO for the Judgement, and not the FROG;)

well here is my stand on this. i am mostly just joking around about saying frog is ghey. but the comments he made were uncalled for and really stupid of him to make. it really pisses me off when people make those kinds of comments about my car just b/c it is a sport compact. they watch FnF once and think they know everything about street racing and modding cars in general. they group us as those kinds of people. when they have no idea that what we do to our cars is an extension of ourselves this is how we express our individuality to most of us this is an art. and everyone has their own style. i would not make my car look like alans b/c he has a really edgy style and thats not the way i want to go with my car but just b/c i dont want my car like that doesn't mean i dotn like it. i think alan's car looks great and i dont consider it ricey the wing is boarder line but still it goes with the rest of the car. it all flows together.
sorry about the book but most people dont understand my mind set and most people dont care. i feel that everyone here will understand what i mean and most of you feel the same way.

I think the kaminari wing with is also borderline. But it all depends on how it flows with right rest of your car. IE...this (http://www.reagansnet.com/ilneco/members/Adam_F/pics/pic01.jpg) does not flow worth a crap and I would consider to be out of place and extremely ricey. But if you look (http://www.fastcougar.com/forums/attachments/alans_cougar.jpg), I do have the full kit and it does flow. So right now, the frog needs to know what he is talking about before he makes passive judgements :rolleyes:

i've never been a fan of those big ass wings, looks way to import to me. If you got rid of those stocks rims that car would look pretty good. Who's Frog?? tell him to STFU cause it ain't his car and he dosen't drive it and it wasen't his damn money that paid for the mods.

I agree Heidi. I put an aftermarket exhaust and intake on my little sisters car because she liked it. Some people think that moding an Escort is ricey, but my sister loves her car, and that is why wants to do stuff to it.:shrug:
If ti looks good.. I say keep modding!

I guess i am the all famous frog....... But just to let everyone in the chapter know that I am not a cougar hater. Quite the contrary, I am a cougar fanatic. Even ask Heidi, when ever i am at her house, i always ask for a ride in her kitty. That is why i joined this board, not to hate upon to other ford/lincoln/mercury owners, but to hate upon mom's used honda with a single mod.....a 13 inch cat back exhaust. But Alan i am sorry if it seemed like I was poaching in on your coug. I like your car, but i was only commenting on the wing. But i am still entitled to my own opinion. Keep in mind that my "sport compact" contour is the sister platform to your sleek auto. I am even planning my own mods for my 'tour, including a yo dude exhaust, window tint, SVT bumpers and sideskirts, and an ingen intake. Feel free to comment on my Contour...Non-SVT :rolleyes:

16 is legal here according to that but I have heard cases people going to jail:shrug: although at least one of them was a teacher/student so maybe that had something to do with it

teacher and student fall under a diferent thing all together that is a teacher abusing their power to influence the student. the age of consent thing is just looking at one law but there will be others that determine the legality of it. i had a friend go through this stuff. well he used to be a friend but now he is in jail for sexual assault not related to the age thing he did some stuff to a chick that he really shouldn't have and he is lucky he is in jail otherwise i would be tracking him down and making him wish he was in jail. but anyway i need to go hit something b4 my head explodes. :banghead:
oh and the sex with a 12 year old. is impossible without parents concent. b/c you cant get married without parents concent till your like 18/19.
