HELP! My Door Panel SWEATS!!

OK, it's too dark and cold here to take pictures right now, but I have had this problem on the passenger side interior door panel for some time now. No matter what I do, once the sun hits the door panel right by the back of the door handle, it SWEATS! I am not joking. I have cleaned it with everything you can imagine, and no matter what I do, once the sun hits it, in 5 minutes the sweat is back. I have even removed the panel to see if water was trapped behind it and there was nothing! Help! It is annoying me, and has been going on since the first summer I bought the car. Of course Mercury has no clue, and refuses to fix it, blaming it on armor all. Trust me, I haven't used armor all for over 2 years now, and it should all be cleaned off by now. I have tried the following:

1) soap and water
2) Alcohol
3) 409
4) Goop Off
5) Windex
6) Just rubbing it off
7) basically anything that I knew wouldn't destroy the plastic.

Anyone have any ideas or had this problem themselves?

clear anti-perspirant?? no seriously though - if you rub it all over, it may block the little holes that the water is seeping from, and end your problems. you've tried everything else, why not this too :)

Most originial idea I've heard on NECO yet! ...and I thought using peanutbutter instead of goof-off to remove the adhesive left behind after yanking off the rear badge was a wild idea... (I did NOT do that! I just saw it posted as a suggestion once)
