Talked to Brian at Intricate Lines about decals!!!!

Ok here is the deal, if you want one in basic colors white, green, red etc. they will be $6 plus a little for shipping (if we get a minimum of ten ordered), if you want a metallic color it will be $8.70 plus a little for shipping (again if we get a total of 10 ordered). This is for a 6" decal which is what Socal just had made and he said it fit perfect in the triangle window! He is going to clean up the decal for us and start cutting once I give him confirmation. I need to know who wants to order and how many and what color. Let me know so I can get the ball rolling. Once an order is placed I will have them all shipped to me and I will then hand them out so we can save on shipping. If he sent them to each person individually it would add an extra $4.50 to each order so I think its best to do it this way!! If there is a problem with that please let me know!!

Jake - I'm in for the decal. However, I think that 6" might be a bit too big for the sail window. I know in my case, with my etched logo, it will definitely be too big, but I'll try to find another spot for it. Would it be hard to get a smaller logo as well (say two or three inches)?

Yeah, I'd like to replace my NECO sticker on one sail window with the RM-NECO logo. So, ideal for me (not necessarily everyone else), would be to have a sticker that would be about as big as the NECO sticker in Crispy's picture (or mine below).

Because of all the fine detail in the logo he said 6" would be optimum. I can ask about 5" if that is ok with everyone else!! Let me know I want to get the ball rolling on this!!

If they cannot print legibly on less then a 6" logo, then so be it. I was only being selfish in that I'd like to keep an RM-NECO decal on my sail window (rather then my rear window). Do whatever, you know I'm in for at least one decal.

Yea, maybe we should do without the car if thats what the final design is or is close too. The car looked better last time. I think if you removed the car we got a good lookin logo.

I firmly believe that if that car was angled instead of a straight on view it would look 110% better.. maybe even pull it down more and be a small section of the car versus the full profile even (sorta like the original design)

give it time.. Bryan will fix what you don't like until you are satisfied.. :)

Yeah I expressed to Bryan that we didnt like the car and it is a work in progress give it time. We will get one we like dont sweat it!! Bryan is very good at what he does!!

I agree that the picture of the car in the revised version takes away from the logo. Sounds like Bryan knows what he's doing though and will get us something that looks sharp.

I relayed everyones thoughts on the logo to Bryan tonight.. he told Jake the other day that he needed a vector image of the car.. I have located someone with a profile file of the car that should solve everything.. I expect the file Tuesday or Wednesday... regardless, your decals should be ready in time for your next meet in March... :)

Highgeer: these photos are for you... I finally took measurements of my TeamNECO decal for you so you could understand how large mine is on the rear windows for placement on yours... the decals is 7 inches wide and 5 inches high... so the 6 inch logo would be smaller compared to what you see.. The second photo is older..
