is there anyhow i can make the needles on my speedometer bright while the numbers and every thing else stay dim? please help

They're all attached to the same dimmer switch, or should I say wheel. Somebody that has had the whole dash cluster apart would have a better idea. I keep "pimping out" Crispy, but she's done the most interior mods that I know of.
