Putting on the Street Weapon Rear Bumper

I was just wondering if you need to remove the 5mph bumper when you install it or if there are ways around it? If there are ways around it is it hard to do.?

I just gone done installing mine and yes I had to take off the 5mph bumper in order to get it to fit. The only way that I could think of to avoid the problem is to shave it down a lot until it fits. Hope this helps.
