can this be fixed?

I just recieved the hood scoop that i bought from a member on the boards and found that the corner was chipped. The whole thing is dusty and scratched, but I figure that won't matter once It's painted, but this chip isn't cool.

chipped as in you have the peice thats missing? if so then yes it can be fixed very easily. if you dont have the piece then yes it can be fixed but will take little longer.

it's chipped on the corner. I can't find the part that's chipped off. It's pictured above.

It's easy to fix... some fiberglass and body filler.
