Where do these go??

These 2 parts came loose from the accident and I would like to put them back where they belong. One of which is a gray box. I believe it connects to the black enclosement but it doesn't seem to quite fit. They are both right under the steering wheel and it's getting on my nerves. I'm asking for some assistance. Thanks.

Oh yeah I was not impressed with the collision center at all, that's why i did not let them know about it.

usually ford's clips like that have a piece that snaps on to the car and the clips slides in place on it. i will try to take a picture of it and where it goes when i get of work.

That's your fog light relay. It goes behind the dash in this area (attach) and it just slips into a slot and clips in.
