Today starts a new step in the youngsters life.

Well as some of you know, I have been waiting for today, for a long time. Today is the official day to begin Pledging a fraternity or sorority on campus. I know to some this may not sound like a good idea, but as Matt can attest this places Greek houses are amazing! If you aren't Greek on campus here then you miss out on a ton of closed parties, which usually include naked girls, and guys for those of you who care about that one....Lots of partying, and just lots of good times, now this does not mean its a nightly thing as the parties only happen say 1 time every 2 months or so. So my grades should be fine, also they have Study Tables 3 nights a week or a total of atleast 6 hours a week, and a Test file, for almost every, if not every class offered at our college. So all and all the majority people I have talked to said that during Pledging their grades actually went up! Hoping mine does too, but if not their are scholarships in the Fraternity I will be joining and shouldn't be too difficult to get one.
This message is just to let everyone know that today is the first day of Pledge, so I might be a little scarce for awhile, mainly just this week as I try to level out my time with many different things..... Also it is 711am and here in about 9 minutes its time to start drinking before we have to Rush the hill later in the 4 degree weather! Brrrrr, I will try to post tomo or tonight about things that happened, and if anyone is interested I should have video of alot of it. I can upload to my Laptop and send out, also putting it on CDR so I can make copies...... Might be like Dorm room Fantasies except I ll have been there personally.
Also I would love to hear about anyone else's Greek experiences whatever they may be!

Okay here is the post of the aftermath, just cleaned the house for over 3 hours mopping and scrubbing the floors, toliets, walls, and carpets. It was still fun even though it was the muddiest place I ve ever seen. Lastnight consisted of a killing of a keg, took 15 guys(pledges) 20 mintues, which is a NEW record for the frat and one that I am proud of. I however did not puke and there were only 4 others that didnt, so that was a feat as well. That was also after starting at 711 am or so.... and going all day. The reason for the mud in the house was due to the mud pit out front of the house, which we had to climb to Rush the hill, we only did this for about 10 minutes as the weather was sooo cold. Other than those 2 events I m not at liberty to talk about what happened. But for now that is all I ve had to do, tonight we have a meeting and then super bowl party, but no drinking if we dont want to, which I wont be!!! Hope everyone else had a great night!
