Hey All - well, it would appear that I have now blown my second oil filter in a row. For those here in Denver with me, we all drive in pretty much the same climate, but I've never heard of anyone reporting this problem on their Cougar (or any other car for that matter). I thought maybe a couple of you with more expertise might have some ideas for me?
Also, I did create a thread in the Problems forum, but no one had any great ideas the first time this happened to me:
