Samantha as far as the directions, those should be correct. But I have another route as well.

Get off the thruway at exit 19-kingston. right off the exit there's a traffic circle, you wanna take the route off that which is designated for
Rt 9w (i believe it's the 3rd right on the circle) follow that road until you come to the light. Take a left, go about 1mi to the intersection of 9w, take a left. Stay on 9w and you'll see Ruby Tuesday's just before the mall.
