Hmmm....I'd do it if I could go hella cheap...as soon as I get a couple roomies I'm booking my room for the actual meet...so how much to stay one night and just have a little 2day party??

we don't have to stay at the same hotel... but if you want I can call them or have James call them and relay that we are all making sure the accomodations are perfect for the event and maybe we can get the same group rate or something on some rooms for this Feb weekend... up to 4 people in a room will help signifcantly on costs... and I REALLY want to be thrifty if I can... interested?

We will be meeting Saturday... having lunch... checking out the Clarion and the surrounding area... then brainstorming in a hotel room .. As many details and requests I can get from the public the better... :)

after that... a very large carshow at the State Fair and then after that the night is open... we can hit the night scene, drink and hang in the hotel room..... and then Sunday we will all go home...

we can do some quick mods too if anyone needs it (will it be too cold?)

I'll be there around 4pm Saturday. So if people have some trouble gettin to the show I can get you there. It is kind of difficult to get there the other side of Indy. Also Circle Center has quite a few bars, as well as some other stuff to do.

Yeah that circle center mall is pretty cool...where is the car show located? downtown?

the show is on the sate fairgrounds..... I think its 5pm til 10pm... and I wanna hit that thing and pass out flyers... :)
