I originally had two 10" Pionner IMPP's 400 wt max each and an American legacy 800 wt amp. I am now upgrading when I get my Coug back. So my question to all my fellow cougar owners and bass knockers. What are some good speakers I can get for the interior of my car. I want highs and mids too. And subs that will clearly blow people away and get me pulled over. Nobody in my area has really seen a hooked up Cougar(small town with nothin but honda's and mitsu's) and I wanna wrock their world. I want to try and keep it the same brand. My store choices would be Audio Connection, Circuit City and Best Buy. Any help on decidin interior speakers and subs would be really helpfull. Thanks.
By the way...what size can I fit in my doors besides 5x7's that wouldn't cost too much labor for installesrs.

You want to blow someone mind? you want to try and keep it the same brand? You will not find it in a local store.
Go worth Phoenix gold. For the doors 9inchers, yes the door will need to be opened up, but they will blow your mind as well.

ALSO they rip you off beyond anyone out there-
about the only thing ive found at Besy Buy worth while is their Fosgate amplifiers...Circuit City choice of MTX amps are not too bad, but not too cost effective. The line of subs are not worth the price unless you catch a buy one get one free deal and sell them to the next guy. Anything from what you had before will make a substantial difference in sound quality and loudness, or other words pissin off the old people.
Look out for MB Quart and Phoenix Gold, NOT cheap like a fosgate or mtx, but very worth their value....And as for adding some bigger speakers in the doors, just make sure the distance from the motor structure(magnet) is well away from the glass or track. An 8" midbass with a seperate tweeter makes a good bit or loudness. Tweeter being a 1" or if lucky enough, find a 2" and a pod-
