Has anyone that did not have fog lights come on there cougar put them on and used all the stock equipment (wiring, harnesses, switches)? Thanks

yep
not me personally...but i know people have done it....
with the same body styles (99,2000 and 2001,2002) the stock foglights will have an exact fit as well.....if you use the foglights from diff body styles, i'm sure they'll work but they won't fit like you might want them to

My car didn't have any of the required wiring. I was lucky enough to find a brand new foglight kit on Ebay (it was $150.00 less than if I bought it from Fordparts Online). Anyway, the kit comes with the pair of foglights (bulbs included), wiring harness, splice connectors and headlight switch.
It was fairly easy to install............PM if you have questions.
