Wondering what LIM will fit on a 99 with a return-style fuel system. Will the one on THIS PAGE (http://spmotorsports.com/contour_intake_svtlim_maf.html) work? In fact will that whole kit work?

Yes. Minus the fuel injectors and fuel rail of course.

Demon is right...
That will fit, but you need to use the fuel rails that are attached to your stock LIM. And the injectors won't plug into the wire harnesses. So the LIM will work, but the injectors and rails won't.
If you need 19lb injectors, you need the orange ones from the 98.5 SVT or mustang injectors from the return systemed year mustangs. The injectors are the same, the wire harness connectors are not...
