or does the AEM seem a lot quieter as compared to a kkm or weapon r? power wise though is excellent much better than my weapon r was but missing the sound, unless it just needs broken in.:shrug:

The AEM does not have a "break-in" period. If you say the KKM and Weapon-R is louder than AEM...Over all the AEM was pretty loud. but seems to have a smoother tone. its not a WAAAAAAHHHHH!! not a kinda empty power sound...IMO it sounds great.
the KKM and the Weapon-R im not sure...however i would assume that because of AEM's sleeker design the air would be entering smoother than it would through the KKM (rubber accordian hose=bad).
