Ding dong the Cougars gone....BOOM!

Well took it out to get gas and BOOM, followed by enough smoke to prevent me from seeing anything in my rearview. Swiftly followed by the car becomming overheated. Took a look and saw radiator fluid all over the place. Got it to my friends garage so he could look at it, and he preformed some tests. First was putting water in the radiator, after a few minutes of filling via a hose and it not leaking or filling we decided to try and start it up. It then went like this....engine cranks and cranks and cranks....fires up and WOOSH. WTF, look at the rear and the exhuast turned into a hose, spewing water out like made. BLOWN HEAD. Cougars dead.





This is the 1988 winter beater cougar silly, had you thinking it was my baby didn't I? hehehe, sucks tho cuz now I don't have a car to drive, i'm currently borrowing my GF's fathers spare truck.

hehe I blew a head on my old 89 cougar... Those old cougars are notorious for blowing their head gaskets.

Well it would cost more to fix then get another beater...so i'm working on getting another beater. But we'll see.
