That means your birthday is coming up?

I haven't had to E-test my car yet so, I dont know of any places. If you find a place though let me know cause in 4 months I'll have the same proplem but, I dont know when I'll have to do the E-testing again.

I'm up for doing something. What did you have in mind Drew?

My dealer did mine without any problems. They don't put it up on a lift of any kind (least I dont think so). They have a bay specifically for emissions test that you drive in the hook up the car and that is about it. I could be wrong but that is what I have seen done.

Good luck

Along the lines of emissions.

Has anyone here passed emissions without cats, or running headers. And If so, where did you get it tested.

I just had some service done today, and the mechanic is telling me there is no way I will pass the e-test (Mystery mod). Yet I remember hearing of people that have.

Thanx
Ryan

just find a place that will let you drive your car into the e-test a bit 'pre-warmed' :) no seriously if you can have your car e-tested hot it is more likely to pass. Whether a test could be passed from a cold start in our freezing winters, who knows.

people in california (steepest emission laws) have passed with headers and gutted precats so what does that tell you....

you will have to look for a place that has an in-ground dyno. I had difficulties with my aeroform kit before trying to get on an above-ground dyno. I am not sure if Richmond Hill area is convenience to you, I think Richmond Hill Honda has an in-ground one.

Go to Twin Hills Ford Lincoln in Richmond Hill. They have an in-ground dyno.
