Who's Frech Blue Cougar Frederick/Middletown/Harpers Ferry

Hey guys, New Year's Eve, I was cruising home from the store in my Cougar (Black....V6). I was stopped at the light in Middletown (if you've ever been there, there's only like one light) and comming ajacent from me was a nice French Blue with neat blue lights, tinited windows and a Wings West Commando spoiler on it. It looked tight, was just wondering who's it was. Maybe we could chill and talk cars. It might be from the Frederick, hagerstown, shepardstown, harpers ferry or leesburg area. Anyone feel free to PM me.

(Was actually kinda shocked b/c cougars, let alone, modded ones are slim to done in my town.... theres me and then ummmm......)

have seen it numerous times in hagerstown, seems to be young guy drives it but have never talked with them.

cool, i didnt know you were from Hagerstown. I got a little excited when I saw that French Blue Cougar, beeped my horn like crazy. If I'm ever in Hagerstown again (soon) or you in Frederick, i'll be sure to give you a good old toot of the horn. Hope to see you around.
