White Cougar with rims seen on Fells Point

I was on my way out from the Latin Palace friday night and I spotted a white cougar w/v-tech tailight covers and chrome rims. Firefly perhaps?? Anybody wanna claim?

I'm not sure who he is, but he seems to live in my area Essex/Middle River. I have raced with him on 695 on my way to work at about 6:15am.

Looks like he/she is running stock still.

I see him an aweful lot too...don't know...I see alot of cougars
