Guys,
Are any of you using aftermarket alarm systems to protect your cats or have you on any previous cars ?
The system that I am currently looking at is a Clifford with intelistart, have any of you got any reviews on this alarm ?
Any info will be much appreciated before I part with nigh on £500.
Cheers in advance,
Stu.

AS far as I am concerned, the Clifford is the only way to go but make sure you go to a qualified installer. Think about it, go to a dodgy one and they have your make and model or car, the exact security system it has on it and more importantly, your address where the car is kept. custom_images/emoticons/shocked.gif Basically you need to make sure the installer is a VSIB accredited installer. Click on the link below to check the listings. I have a Clifford Concept 500 with intelistart, boot release, lights, windows etc etc and I wouldn't go for anything else. Having said that you may be lucky to get a Clifford with the intelistart for under 500 notes. The entry level alarm is the Clifford Concept 300 and these usually start at 300 notes + around 200 for the intelistart setup. Go to the Clifford link below to have a look at the range. I would personally use 001 Mobile in Salfords, Surrey (01293 822373). This was where I got mine fitted and they DO know their stuff. Ask for Paul Newman and tell him I sent you!!
