hand brake

does one know how to make the hand brake light work i put my brake down well i thought it was all the way but it was a but up i was driving down the road and i felt the car shake so i thought it was a flat tire so i go home and realized the brake was slitly up so i look and the readouts and the brake light was off so does any one know why that happend or how to make that light work again

does the light go on at all when you pull the brake up? If not maybe the bulb went out...

Could you break that up into some sentences? I don't understand what you're asking... besides for the fact that the brake light doesn't work :(

back to subject-
I would check the Bulb as Mike suggested also...

could it be the cable that runs from your ebrake that turns on the light is stretched so the light turns off early?

it could also be a bad connection.... or a faulty cable... possible bad wiring at the factory?

how many miles are on your car?

But I doubt the bulb burnt out.... i mean how often is it really on? when you start the car till you start moving. and when you get to where you are going and pull it up and turn off the car.

Unless you are sitting in a parking lot waiting for people? i don't knwo..
