Replacing Upper and Lower Intake Manifold Gaskets

I searched and found out how to remove the UIM, but not how to replace the LIM and UIM gaskets. My engine is running lean because of codes P0171 and P0174 and the mechanic said that he tested it and found that the Intake Plenum is leaking. He said thats why when my car is on it makes a humming noise. He wanted to charge me $300 to do this, and I found the gaskets for $40 so I decided I'll do it myself. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
