I've got the Factory Grey Leather seats on a 99' Coug.
The driver's seat has a scuff on the side bolster. It has discolored the leather on a portion about the size of a penny.
-Have you ever used leather dye to restore the color?
-If so, what do you recommend?
-What else could you suggest?

I had a belt that would scruff each time I got in and out of the car... I picked up some regular leather cleaner from the auto store and added some elbow grease. One thing you might try (since i think it's vinyl on the sides and only the center is actually leather) is to get something from walmart or target to fix vinyl scuffs.

Good luck,
Matt
